The SE2435L from Skyworks is a RF Front-End Module designed for high-power ISM Band Applications from 860 to 930 MHz. It consists of an integrated Power Amplifier, Low Noise Amplifier with bypass and Antenna switch with Tx/Rx diversity functionality. This module operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2 to 4.8 Volts and has an integrated power amplifier with output power of 30 dBm. It has a noise figure of 2 dB, turn off/on time of less than 1 microsecond and sleep mode current of 1 microampere. This module is available in a 24-pin QFN NiPdAu plated package which measures 4 x 4 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for IoT, Smart meters, In-home appliances and Industrial applications.
