The SE5516A from Skyworks is a 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WLAN RF front-end module (FEM) which operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. It integrates a power amplifiers(PAs), filtering, power detector, transmit/receive(T/R) switch, diplexers and associated matching all into one compact 24-pin land grid array (LGA) package which measures 4 x 4 mm. The FEM has a gain of 13 dB(LNA enabled), -8.5 dB(bypass mode) and -17 dB(high band). It has a noise figure of 2.5 dB, an IIP3 of 2.4 dBm, an IP1dB of -7.5 dBm (LNA enabled) and 8 dBm(LNA bypass).
