The SKY13740 from Skyworks is an LNA diversity module with six selectable filters and LNA paths, three Aux paths and an optional bypass mode to be used in mobile phones. It supports LTE Bands B8, B20, B26, B1/4, B3 and B7 from 859 to 2690 MHz and is compatible with 3GPP GSM & WCDMA standards. The module has a low insertion loss through the band and is integrated with SAW filters and a discrete LNA. The SKY13740 is available in a small 23-lead surface mount package that measures 5 x 3 x 0.8 mm.
