The SKY53754-11 from Skyworks Solutions is a Low Noise Amplifier Module that operates from 3.3 to 4.2 GHz and 4.4 to 5 GHz for 5G-NR UHB diversity receive applications. It is based on the latest advanced SOI process technologies to achieve leading high-bandwidth, low-noise figure (NF) LNA performance in a small package footprint. This module has high-performance variable gain LNAs and integrates all the required filtering to attenuate unwanted out-of-band blockers in adjacent and far-out frequency bands while maintaining very low insertion loss (IL) performance in the pass-band frequencies.
The SKY53754-11 has integrated MIPI v2.1+ interface and SRS support through the TRX port. It does not require external DC blocking on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied. This module is available in a 21-lead MCM package that measures 2.8 x 2.6 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for 5G NR sub-6 GHz data cards, 5G NR sub-6 GHz smartphones, and tablet applications.
