The SKY53761-11 from Skyworks is a 5G NR Diversity Receive Module that operates in the n77/78 bands from 3.3 to 4.2 GHz. It utilizes the latest advanced SOI process technologies to achieve exceptional high-bandwidth, low-noise figure (NF) LNA performance. This module has integrated multi-mode, variable gain LNA that works with all 5G chipsets. It also integrates all the required filtering to attenuate unwanted out-of-band blockers in adjacent and far-out frequency bands while maintaining very low insertion loss (IL) performance in the passband frequencies.
This module has integrated SRS support through the TRX port and supports the MIPI v3.0 interface. It does not require external DC-blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as no DC voltage is applied. This module is available in a 21-lead surface-mount package that measures 2.8 x 2.6 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for 5G NR sub-6 GHz smartphones & tablets and 5G NR sub-6 GHz IoT module applications.
