The SKY58268-11 from Skyworks is a Front-End Module that supports 4G/LTE and 5G-NR bands. It has an integrated TX-RX switch, SRS switch, and two LNA, filter & switch paths that support both primary and MIMO receive within the same module. This module has an MIPI v2.1 compliant 52 MHz RFFE bus and a MIPI v3.0 compliant RX function support. It has a high-performance APT PA core that delivers PC2 power with 3.4 V Vcc.
The SKY58268-11 has an enhanced architecture that covers multiple bands and meets the spectral linearity requirements of CP-OFDM and DFTS-OFDM modulations with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 273 resource block allocations. It supports fast SRS hopping timing requirements and has full power average power tracking (APT) support without digital pre-distortion (DPD). It is available in a low-profile package that measures 5 x 3 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for multi-band 4G & 5G mobile devices, handsets, data cards, and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications.
