The SKY66111-11 a Front End module for Low power Bluetooth Low Energy applications. It consists of a Tx Amplifier, Antenna Tx/Rx switch with an Rx Bypass capacitor. It provides an output power of 10 dBm, requires 1.8 to 5 V for operation and has a low sleep current. The FEM is compact and is available in a .3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm 20-pin MCM package.
