The SKY66407-11 is a highly integrated front-end module designed for Bluetooth IoT applications operating from 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz. The device integrates a power amplifier, output matching, harmonic filtering, and bypass switching. It enables a wide supply range of 1.7 to 3.6 V with a very low transmit current consumption and adjustable gain. The device is available in a 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.35 mm 9-pin CSP package and is ideal for wearables, trackers, beacons and IoT devices.
