The SKY78070 is part of Skyworks SkyOne multimode multiband (MMMB) Front-End Module (FEM) family. It supports 2.5G and 3G/4G handsets and operates efficiently in GSM, GPRS, EDGE, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, HSPA, and LTE modes. This module consists of a GSM800/EGSM900 PA block, a DSC1800/PCS1900 PA block, separate WCDMA blocks operating in the low and mid-bands, duplexer for bands 1, 2, 5 and 8, a logic control block for multiple power control levels, and a band enable function in both cellular and UMTS. It is internally matched to 50 ohms and is optimized for envelope tracking. The module is available in a 56-pad package that measures 7 x 7.8 x 0.8 mm.
