The SKY85330-21 is an 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax 1024 QAM WLAN RF front-end module (FEM) that integrates a fully matched power amplifier (PA), power detector, low-noise amplifier (LNA), and SPDT switch into a compact QFN package. This is a complete 2.5 GHz WLAN RF solution from the output of the transceiver to the antenna and from the antenna to the input of the transceiver.
The power detector has a dynamic range of 20 dB, and a digital enable control pin for transmitter power ramp on/off control.
The device is available in an ultra-compact, 16-pin 2.5 x 2.5 mm QFN package and is ideal for 802.11ax set-top boxes, PC cards and WLAN enabled wireless video systems.
