The SKY85601-11 is a Front End Module with an integrated SPDT Switch and Low Noise Amplifier developed for wireless applications in the 4.9 to 5.9 GHz Band. The FEM operates at a 3.3 V supply and draws 15 mA of current in Rx Mode. In Tx mode a shutdown function saves power when the device is inactive. The device is packaged in a compact 2.5 x 2.5 mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package, making this one of the most compact options in the industry.
