The SKY85605-11 from Skyworks is an integrated, SPDT switch with a low-noise amplifier designed for wireless applications. It operates from 4.9 GHz to 5.9 GHz and has a low noise figure with an ability to add custom filtering between the switch and LNA blocks. It requires a supply of 3.3 V while drawing low current. It is available in a small, compact 16-pin QFN package that measures 2.3 x 2.3 mm. It can be used in smartphones, notebooks, netbooks, tablets, routers, access points, wireless video systems applications.
