The SKY85726-11 from Skyworks is a 5 GHz WLAN front end module that consists of an SPDT (Tx/Rx) switch, a LNA with bypass and a Power Amplifier intended for mobile/portable 802.11ax applications and systems. This fully-integrated module features a logarithmic power detector supporting wide dynamic ranges and low power consumption, enabling improved thermal management.
The Tx PA provides an output power of up to 21 dBm with a gain of 32 dB. The LNA and PA disable functions ensure low leakage in the off mode and an integrated power detector is included to provide closed-loop power control within the system. The SKY85726-11 is available in a compact, 16-pin 3 x 3 mm QFN package and is ideal for 802.11ax systems, WLAN-enabled wireless video systems and PC cards.
