The EQY-10-63+ from Mini-Circuits is a Gain Equalizer that operates from DC to 6 GHz. This absorptive gain equalizer is fabricated using the highly repetitive GaAs IPD MMIC process incorporating resistors, capacitors and inductors having negative insertion loss slope. It has a nominal attenuation slope of 10.2 dB and can handle an input power of up to 32 dBm. This gain equalizers is available in a 2 x 2 mm 8-lead MCLP package and is ideal for cellular, radar, defense and communication applications.
