The QTCC578 Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Low Phase Noise Crystal Oscillators that operate from 100 to 250 MHz. They provide an LVDS output with a frequency stability from ±25 to ±100 ppm over an operating temperature from -55°C to +125°C and have a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. The oscillators require a DC supply voltage of 2.5/3.3 V and consume a no-load current of less than 60 mA. They have a rise/fall time of 600 ps and start-up time of less than 10 ms.

The QTCC578 Series oscillators are built using a miniature strip AT quartz crystal and are available in hermetically sealed surface-mount ceramic (tape and reel) packages that measure 5 x 7 mm with gold plated contact pads. They are designed for low voltage applications and are ideal for fiber channel, TELECOM, instrumentation, navigation, avionics, ethernet/synchE, SONET, microprocessor clock and other COTS applications.
