The QTCH series from Q-Tech Corporation are miniature surface-mount (SMD) crystal oscillators that operate from 1 to 48 MHz. The devices are capable of operating over a wide supply voltage range from 1.8 to 5.0 V with very low power consumption and consume less than 3 mA of current. The oscillators work over a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C and provides a CMOS output. They are available in three low-profile ceramic package options (2.5 x 3.2 mm, 3.2 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 7.0 mm), and are hermetically sealed with gold plated contacts or hot solder dips. The QTCH series is ideal for a wide range of applications in the oil industry (down-hole drilling/data logging), high-temperature avionics and other applications where high-temperature ranges are required.
