The XU Family of crystal oscillators from IDT are high performance, low jitter clock sources that operate from 0.016 to 1.5 GHz. They are offered in LVPECL, LVDS, LVCMOS, HSCL and HCMOS versions, with operating voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V. The family has a RMS phase jitter (12kHz to 20 MHz) of 750 fs typical that reduces overall system noise and meets next-generation networking and communications requirements. The XU family offers frequency stabilities as low as +/- 20 ppm with temperature range as wide as -40 C to 85 C in industry standard packages - 7 x 5 mm and 5 x 3.2 mm.
