The XOSM-531 Series from Vishay are Clock Oscillators that operate from 1.544 to 100 MHz. These HCMOS compatible oscillators have frequency stability options of ± 25 ppm, ± 50 ppm, and ± 100 ppm with an operating temperature range from 0 to 70 °C (- 40 to + 85 °C option also available). They require a DC voltage of 1.8 V and consume up to 25 mA of current. These oscillators have a rise/fall time of less than 5 ns. These osclillators are available in surface mount packages that measures 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3 mm and are suitable for portable PCs and telecommunication devices and equipment.
