The MT3339 from Mediatek is a single-chip, multi-GNSS solution that supports GPS, QZSS, SBAS and WAAS/EGNOS/MSAS/GAGAN. This All-in-One GPS system on a chip (SoC) provides an acquisition sensitivity of -148 dBm (cold) / -163 dBm (hot) and tracking sensitivity of -165 dBm with a power consumption of below 25 mW. It has 22 tracking / 66 acquisition-channels and provides a high level of accuracy. It is available in a lead-free package that measures 4.3 x 4.3 mm and is ideal for mobile, automotive, timing, personal tracker, digital camera and industrial applications.
