The EAHP.125.01.0100D from Taoglas is an Embedded GNSS Quadrifilar Helix Antenna that operates in the GPS (L1/L2/L5), Galileo (L1/E5/E5a/E5b), GLONASS (G1/G2/G3), BeiDou (B1/B2a/B2b), and 1540-1555 MHz (upper L-band). This GNSS antenna is very compact and lightweight, which makes it suitable for use in UAVs and robotic applications. It employs a dual-stage active design, which eliminates the need to create a complex active circuit, thereby saving the design time for the customers. This antenna has a right-hand circular polarization, which improves sensitivity by rejecting left-hand circular polarization reflections commonly experienced in urban environments.
The EAHP.125.01.0100D provides a gain of up to 1.74 dBic with an efficiency of 58.11%. It has an axial ratio of less than 2.15 dB. This RoHS-compliant GNSS antenna requires a DC supply from 2 to 5.5 V. It is available in an FR4-based package that measures 60.00 x 31.52 mm and has an SMA (male) connector. This embedded antenna is ideal for UAVs, drones, robotics, surveying, transportation, and aerospace applications.
