The GF-8805 from FURUNO Electric is a Multi-GNSS Disciplined Oscillator that generates 1PPS (pulse per second) synchronized with UTC as well as 10MHz coherent to 1PPS. The UTC time-synchronized signal performance to meet 5G requirements is obtained without any changes to existing single band GNSS antennas. It also incorporates Dynamic Satellite Selection™, which is a new satellite signal selection algorithm developed by NTT.
This device supports the concurrent reception of GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS/SBAS constellations. It provides extremely high 1PPS stability of 4.5ns (1sigma) using a single band receiver, in conformity with G.8272 PRTC-A, PRTC-B. The GF-8805 is available in a package that measures 100 × 52 × 20 mm and is ideal for TRAIM, Single Satellite Tracking, Multipath Mitigation, Anti-Jamming and Anti-Spoofing applications. It is also ideal for 5G, LTE (TDD/ MBSFN/ CoMP/ eICIC), Multimedia broadcast base stations or wireless base stations, and Smart grid applications.
