The IQCM-112 from IQD Frequency Products is a GNSS disciplined oscillator that consists of an OCXO with an integrated GNSS receiver that supports GPS, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo constellations. The GNSS Disciplined OCXO gives 1 PPS and a 10 MHz output with stability up to 1.5µs over 24 hours using an adaptive algorithm. The OCXO provides a Standard NMEA0183 data output via a serial port.
The oscillator has a rise and fall time of up to 8 ns and a pulse width of 100 ms with a duty cycle from 45 to 55%. It operates over a power supply of 5 V and provides standard HCMOS at the output (sinewave is also available upon request). The device has a standard operating temperature range from -20 to +75 degrees Celcius with an extended range from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. It has a phase noise of -150 dBm/Hz at 100 kHz and a sensitivity of -159 dBm. The oscillator consumes up to 2A of current during warm-up.
This RoHS-compliant GNSS disciplined OCXO is available in a 60 x 60 mm surface-mount package and is ideal for use in land-based telecommunication systems, and marine-based navigation systems.
