The L56112 from Mercury Systems is a GPS Filter/Amplifier that operates at 1575.4 ± 10 MHz (L1), and 1227.6 ± 10 MHz (L2). It provides filtering and low-noise amplification for the standard L1 and L2 GPS bands. The cavity filter has an attenuation/rejection of 60 dB from 10 MHz - 975 MHz and 1775 MHz - 18 GHz.

The LNA provides a gain of more than 43 ± 3 dB with a noise figure of under 2.9 dB. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and draws less than 150 mA of current. This space-qualified filter/amplifier is available in a module that measures 0.8 x 2.5 x 3.0 mm with SMA female connectors and is suitable for Spacecrafts and Test Equipment.
