The ZOE-M8B is an ultra-low-power GNSS System-in-Package (SiP) that supports GPS / GLONASS / BeiDou / Galileo (concurrently), including message integrity protection, anti-jamming, and anti-spoofing. It consumes 25 mW of average power over a typical 30-minute track in most environments (including urban), and as little as 12 mW during instantaneous tracking.
This GNSS SiP has an integrated GNSS receiver, TCXO, SAW and LNA in a single package. It has a tracking & navigation sensitivity of -167 dBm. The SiP is available in a S-LGA package that measures 4.5 x 4.5 x 1.0 mm and is ideal for portable and wearable devices targeting the fitness, health monitoring, and personal tracker markets. The ZOE-M8B SiP is fully tested and qualified according to the JESD47 / ISO 16750 standard.
