The LabSat 3 Wideband GNSS Simulator has three RF channels and allows recording at 1, 2 or 3 bits for capture of a very wide range of live-sky satellite signals. It has a recording bandwidth of up to 56 MHz and supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, QZSS, Galileo, NavIC and SBAS constellations. The simulator can record a range of additional signals and is synchronized for the GNSS inputs (dual-CAN, RS232, and digital inputs) to be simultaneously recorded which increases the level of playback realism and allows for a wider range of testing. This flexibility enables the development of products incorporating a wide variety of signal streams that can be conducted with absolute convenience on the bench, without the need for costly and time-consuming field trials.
The LabSat 3 Wide-band is simple to use with one touch record and replay and SSD logging with no requirement for a connected computer. It has an inbuilt battery pack with a battery backup of two hours and a 1TB Solid State Drive (SSD) is supplied as standard. This GNSS simulator is available in an enclosure that measures 167 x 128 x 46 mm and weighs 1.2 Kg, so it can be used to record GNSS signals anywhere. It is suitable for use in drones, autonomous vehicles, surveying equipment, personal monitoring devices, aerospace and end of line product testing.
