The 0603CT Series from Coilcraft are Low-Profile Ceramic Core Chip Inductors available in inductance values from 1.0 to 56 nH. They have Q-factors up to 95, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 16.0 GHz and a DC resistance of less than 0.700 ohms. These inductors are available in surface-mount packages that measure 1.63 x 0.84 x 0.61 mm with Tin over Ni over Ag-Pt-glass frit termination.
