The 0603HP Series from Coilcraft are Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values from 1.8 to 390 nH. They have a high Q-factor of up to 157 (at 1.7 GHz) and self-resonant frequency (SRF) values ranging from 0.88 to 16 GHz. These inductors have DC resistances of less than 4 Ohms and a current rating of up to 2100 mA. They are available in a compact 1608 package size.
