The 0603LS Series from Coilcraft are Ferrite Chip Inductors with inductance values ranging from 47 nH to 22 µH. They have a high Q-factor of up to 22 (at 2.5 GHz) and self-resonant frequency (SRF) values ranging from 19 to 1500 MHz. These inductors have DC resistances of less than 8.81 Ohms and a current rating of up to 1.4 A. They are available in a compact 1608 package size that measures 1.8 x 1.12 mm.
