The LW10-797597 from Linwave Technology is a GaN Solid State Bi-Directional Amplifier that operates from 1.3 to 2.7 GHz. In Tx mode, it delivers a saturated output power of +37 dBm (5 W) with a large signal gain of 20 dB and an efficiency of 40%. In Rx mode, it provides a gain of 20 dB and has a noise figure of less than 3 dB. This amplifier has an auto Tx/Rx switching time of less than 125 μs and built-in protection with auto-shutdown.
