The PIMA-218-3S3A-32-NS3F-NSI from Planar Monolithics Industries is an Integrated Microwave Assembly (IMA) consisting of 3 Switches and 4 Amplifiers that operate from 2 to 18 GHz. The switches have a low insertion loss of less than 4 dB and a switching time under 1 µs. The amplifiers provide a gain of 32 dB and a low noise figure. The assembly can handle an input power of up to 20 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 2:1. It requires a DC supply from 15 to 24 V and draws under 1.5 A of current.
