GMXO-FR Image

The GMXO-FR Series from Wenzel Associates are Low Noise OCXOs that operate from 200 MHz to 12 GHz with integrated multipliers. They have a phase noise from -58 to -177 dBc/Hz and provide an output power level of up to +18 dBm. The OCXOs feature one or more special low noise multiplier stages to create a high-performance frequency signal and an internal regulator which provides excellent power supply line rejection. The oscillators have temperature stability of less than ± 5 x 10-7, harmonics of less than -25 dBc, and spurious level of under -80 dBc. These OCXOs require a DC supply voltage of 12/15 V and have a warm-up time of up to 5 minutes. They are available in a module with SMA-female connectors and are ideal for use in test equipment, reference source, instruments, radar systems, and military applications.
