GMXO-PLD

The GMXO-PLD from Wenzel Associates is a Fixed Frequency Phase Locked Oscillator (PLO) that operates from 200 MHz to 12 GHz. It provides a 13 dBm output with phase noise as low as -190 dBc/Hz. This PLO has one or more low-noise multiplier stages and provides good temperature stability with excellent spectral purity. It uses frequency dividers to pre-scale the internal VHF oscillator and the external reference frequencies to phase lock at a common lower frequency. The PLO has spurious levels of -80 dBc and harmonics of less than -25 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 15 V and has an internal voltage regulator for excellent power supply line rejection. The GMXO-PLD is available in a module with SMA-female connectors and solder pins on the side.
