The IS680 AG from Isola is Low-Loss Laminate Materials suitable for many commercial RF/microwave printed circuit designs. This substrate has a dielectric constant (Dk) from 2.80 to 3.45 which is stable while operating from -55°C to +125°C up to W-band frequencies. The IS680 AG offers an ultra-low dissipation factor (Df), making it an extremely cost-effective alternative to PTFE and other commercial microwave laminate materials in double-sided applications. The laminates are offered with different thickness options - 20, 30, 60 mils (0.51, 0.76, 1.5 mm). These materials have IPC-4103/17 and UL (E41625) industry approvals and are currently manufactured in North America and Europe. They are suitable for RF/microwave, and aerospace & defense applications.
