The IS680 AG -348 from Isola are Low-Loss Laminate Materials suitable for many commercial RF/microwave printed circuit designs. This substrate has a stable dielectric constant (Dk) of 3.48 between -55°C to +125°C up to W-band frequencies. It also has an ultra-low dissipation factor (Df) of 0.0029, making it an extremely cost-effective alternative to PTFE and other commercial microwave laminate materials in double-sided applications. These materials have IPC-4103/17 and UL (E41625) industry approvals and are currently manufactured in Europe. They are suitable for RF/microwave, and aerospace & defense applications.
