The D20.7 from GeoSync Microwave is a Dual-Channel Block Downconverter (BDC) that converts input frequencies from 20.2 to 21.2 GHz to output frequencies from 0.95 to 1.95 GHz. It provides a gain of 35 dB, has a noise figure of less than 15 dB, and a phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz @100 kHz offset. This BDC provides frequency translation between the transponder band and L-band frequencies. It is a hot-swappable independent converter tray with power supplies and reference oscillators, and each converter tray has independent control of the front panel which can be replaced without loss of signal. The converter features RS422, RS485, and 10/100 Base-T Ethernet remote control interfaces. It is available in a chassis that measures 19.00 x 20.00 x 1.75 inches with SMA-female connectors. The BDC requires an AC supply from 90 to 250 V and consumes 40 W of power.
Tri-Band Downconverter from 37.5 to 42 GHz
Ka-Band Low Noise Block from 18.2 to 20.2 GHz
Quad-Band Low Noise Blocks from 10.70 to 12.75 GHz
