The MFLP-00006CH from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs Lowpass Filter MMIC with a center frequency of 12.94 GHz. It has a passband insertion loss of 0.5 dB and provides an out-of-band rejection of 48 dB. This filter is fabricated using passive GaAs MMIC technology that allows production of smaller filter constructions that replace larger form factor circuit boards. It has tight fabrication tolerances to support less unit-to-unit variations than traditional filter technologies and further allows for accurate simulations using the provided S2P file taken from measured production units. This lowpass filter is available as a wire bondable die that measures 2.4 x 1.6 mm and is ideal for test and measurement equipments, SATCOM, RF transceivers, and radar applications.
