The X300i from BLiNQ Networks is an Integrated Small Cell Wireless Solution that operates in the CBRS LTE band 48 from 3.55 to 3.70 GHz. It utilizes Blinq’s unique technology and combines high baseband capability with an active antenna system to provide a true software-defined radio (SDR) solution. This wireless solution is based on the 3GPP Release 10 specification (software upgradable to Release 13) supporting 2x2 MIMO design per sector with all LTE-TDD standard frame configurations. It combines up to 3 component carriers to support downlink carrier aggregation (2CC + 1 CC) and allows operators to route the capacity depending on demand for a more focused distribution.
The X300i delivers a data rate of 33 Mbps (UL) and 330 Mbps (DL) over a channel bandwidth of 10/20 MHz and can serve up to 288 user equipment per base unit. It integrates a 45° dual-polarized antenna that provides a gain of 12 dBi and has a front-to-back ratio of more than 30 dB. It has an azimuth beamwidth of 90° (per sector) and an elevation beamwidth of 80°. The antenna provides a port-to-port isolation (co-polar) of 15 dB and a cross-polarization of more than 20 dB. This small-cell solution requires a DC supply with supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and consumes 70 W of power.
The X300i supports various OAM protocols such as RESTCONF, HTTPS, SSH, SNMPv2c, and TR-069. It is available in an enclosure that measures 13.00 x 9.05 x 8.10 inches and has multiple mounting options such as indoors, on concretes, on drop ceilings, and outdoors on a mast or streetlamp.
