The RIK0915K-40TG from RFHIC is a GaN SSPA Microwave Generator that operates from 900 to 930 MHz. It delivers an adjustable CW/pulsed output power of up to 15 kW with an efficiency of up to 60%. This microwave generator uses GaN-on-SiC HEMT technology and has sixteen solid-state power amplifiers, a DC cable and a PLL Synthesizer/Control Module. It provides high-frequency stability in long-run operations. This microwave generator can be controlled using a Windows-based GUI and offers high digital controllability of power, frequency & phase.
The RIK0915K-40TG is available in an enclosure that measures 600 x 750 x 1630 mm and is ideal as building blocks of high-power systems, plasma generation, industrial heating & drying, microwave CVD, microwave sintering, microwave chemistry, study of biological phenomena and materials processing applications.
