The RIK0930K-40TG from RFHIC is a gallium-nitride (GaN) Solid-State industrial microwave generator system that provides continuous wave (CW) and or pulse output power adjustable from 1 kW to 30 kW at frequencies adjustable from 900 MHz to 930 MHz. This microwave generator is a turn-key solution that comes pre-equipped with sixteen state of the art gallium-nitride (GaN) on silicon-carbide (SiC) solid-state power amplifiers, a 19-inch, 380-415 VAC power supply unit (PSU), a 5m DC cable, and a PLL synthesizer/control module for remote controllability.
Each GaN SSPA is equipped with built-in protection measures that provide real-time monitoring of the system’s forward and reflected power, temperature, and current. The RIK0930K-40TG is available in a rack-mounted system that measures 793 (W) x 1017 (D) x 1900 (H) mm with a WR975 waveguide port. The RIK0930K-40TG is designed ideally for various industrial and scientific applications that require microwave heating and or plasma generation.
