The ASNT5037-KMC from ADSANTEC is a Limiting Amplifier with a bandwidth of 100 MHz for the amplitude adjustment tuning port. It supports a data rate of up to 28 Gbps and is ideal for high-speed proof-of-concept prototyping. This amplifier is fabricated using SiGe technology for high performance, yield, and reliability. It has a rise/fall time of 12 ps and exhibits low jitter and limited temperature variation over the industrial temperature range with an output jitter of 1 ps. The amplifier requires a single DC supply of +3.3 V or -3.3 V and consumes 660 mW of power.
The ASNT5037-KMC has fully differential CML input and output interfaces with adjustable SE amplitude from 0 V to 1.1 V. It is available in a custom CQFP 24-pin package that measures 10.000 x 10.000 x 1.205 mm.
