The AA-12G-8KWP from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 1.0 to 2.0 GHz. It delivers a peak pulse output power of 9.0 KW and a power gain of more than 69 dB. This class AB linear amplifier provides instantaneous L-Band octave bandwidth and has an input return loss of less than -10 dB. It has harmonics of less than -20 dBc and spurious of less than -60 dBc.

This amplifier can be controlled remotely via Ethernet RJ-45, RS422/485, USB and GPIB IEEE-488 interfaces and has built-in protection circuits with extensive monitoring. It requires an AC supply of 200-240 V and consumes less than 3500 W of power. This amplifier is available in a 14U rack cabinet and has Type-N female (RF input & sample) and 716 female (RF output) connectors. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab and HIRF/Pulse applications.
