The AA-2640G-10 from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers an output power of 10 W with a power gain of more than 40 dB. This class AB linear amplifier is based on GaAs FET transistors and is suitable for all single-channel modulation standards. It has spurious emissions of -60 dBc and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. The SSPA includes Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and GPIB interfaces and can be remotely controlled. It is available in a rackmount enclosure that measures 19 x 7 x 22 inches with 2.9 mm (female) connectors and is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab, and general communication applications.

The amplifier requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 360 W of power.
