The AA-2640G-200 from Advanced Test Equipment is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers a CW/Pulsed output power of 250 W with a power gain of more than 53 dB. This SSPA has a class A/AB linear design and employs high-power advanced technology devices. It has built-in protection circuits, with extensive monitoring and provides high efficiency, with excellent reliability and ruggedness. This amplifier has a local LCD panel and includes Ethernet RJ-45, RS422/485 and USB interfaces for remote control. It is available in a rackmount enclosure that measures 483 x 532 x 800 mm with a K-type 2.92 (female) input connector and WR28 waveguide output interface.
