The AA-2640G-40 from Advanced Amplifiers is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It delivers a CW output power of 40 W with a power gain of more than 46 dB. This class AB linear amplifier is based on GaAs FET transistors and is suitable for all single-channel modulation standards. It has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, spurious levels of -60 dBc, and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. The SSPA includes Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and GPIB (optional) interfaces and can be remotely controlled.
