The AA-700M6G-300 from Advanced Amplifiers is a GaN Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 0.7 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 300 W and a power gain of over 53 dB with a power gain flatness of 4 dB p-p. This class AB linear amplifier has an input/output return loss of over 10 dB and a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc. It has harmonics of -20 dBc and non-harmonic spurious levels of less than -60 dBc.
The amplifier supports all single-channel modulation standards and has built-in protection circuits. It can be controlled via Ethernet RJ-45, RS422/485 and GPIB (optional) interfaces. The amplifier is available in an R5U rack mount chassis that measures 425.0 x 477.3 x 560.0 mm and has Type-N female connectors for RF input/output. It requires an AC supply of 180-240 V and consumes less than 3 KW of power.
