The AWma-X series are outdoor solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) for the X-Band satellite up-link applications. The amplifier needs to be mounted outdoors nearthe hub of an antenna. It operates from 7.9 to 8.4 GHz with an output power from 20 to 50 W. The AWma-X is an integrated unit, complete with power supply, cooling system and weatherproof case. Built-in microprocessor controller provides the capability for serial port interfaces (RS485) for remote monitoring and control.
