The SSPA 0.020-6.000-35 is a Solid State GaN broadband power amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. It provides a saturated power of 80 watts with a small signal gain of 46 dB. This SSPA is ideal for broadband military platforms as well as commercial applications as it offers high power over a wide bandwidth with a power added efficiency of 50%.

The SSPA 0.020-6.000-35 has an input and output VSWR of 2.0:1. This amplifier has an external DC control which enables and disables the module with an 18 uSec turn on/off time. The amplifier requires a 28 VDC supply. It is available in a module that measures 7.65 x 2.5 x 1.27 inches with SMA (F) connectors at the RF input/output. The DC & command voltages are accessible via a DSUB connector.
