The SSPA 0.1-1.0-300 is a high power Gallium Nitride (GaN) Amplifier that operates from 100 MHz to 1000 MHz. It has a large signal gain of 50-54 dB and provides saturated power from250-300 watts. This PA is ideal for broadband military,commercial and Satcom applications that require a broad bandwidth. It requires a supply voltage of18 to 36 V and is packaged in a connectorized module with TNC Female connectors.
