The AMT-A0414W from Agile Microwave Technology is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates in the Ka-Band from 35 to 36 GHz. It provides a gain of 40 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 19.5 dBm. This LNA uses AMTI’s proprietary matching technology and has an integrated input power limiter that can handle up-to 2 W of CW and 10 W of pulsed power. It requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 400 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a module that measures 1.348 x 0.750 x 0.750 inches with a WR-28 input waveguide interface and 2.92 mm (female) connector at the output. It is ideal for receiver LNAs, radars, phased arrays, lab applications, wide-band gain blocks and military & commercial applications.
