The AKA-1300D from Akoustis is a Cascadable RF amplifier that operates from 100 DC to 14 GHz. It has a P1 dB of 14.3 dBm with a gain of 13.6 dB and a noise figure of 5.5 dB. The amplifier requires a 3.85V DC supply and draws 50 mA of current. It is available as a die with RF ports internally matched to 50 ohms. The amplifier is ideal for commercial and military designs, test equipment, VSAT, linear and saturated amplifier applications.
